The app uses Claude's vision to read grocery and restaurant receipts and estimate conventional (non-GF) equivalent prices. For groceries, prices are benchmarked against Save-On-Foods Vancouver. For restaurant and delivery app receipts (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.), prices are compared to the same menu item without the GF modification. Manual entry works too.
